Men’s Tennis Upends Xavier, 6-1

For the 10th time this season the Tulane men’s tennis team earned a victory at the Goldring Tennis Center, Tuesday afternoon cross-town foe Xavier was the victim, falling 6-1, to the Green Wave in a make-up match.

Tulane’s 58th-ranked Women’s Tennis Treks to South Alabama on Wednesday

The 58th-ranked Tulane women’s tennis team hits the road for its final three matches of the regular season, beginning this Wednesday at 2 p.m. against South Alabama at the Bruce David Lubel Memorial Tennis Courts in Mobile, Ala.

Tulane Golfers Post 10th Place Finish at Bryan National Collegiate

Tulane senior Stephanie Wagstaff and freshman Gemma Dryburgh each fired a team-low 2-over 74 on Sunday and the 33rd-ranked Green Wave combined for a 12-over 300 to finish in 10th place following the final round of the 2012 Bryan National Collegiate in Greensboro, N.C.

No. 58 Green Wave Sweeps Denver in Regular Season Home Finale, 7-0

The 58th-ranked Tulane women’s tennis team sent off its four-member senior class in grand style on senior day as the Green Wave chalked up its eighth shutout of the year with a 7-0 victory over Denver at the Goldring Tennis Center.

TU Golfers Move Up to Ninth Place after Two Rounds at Bryan National Collegiate

The Tulane duo of junior Maribel Lopez Porras and freshman Gemma Dryburgh each produced an even par round on Saturday and helped the Green Wave moved up to spots to ninth place following the second round of the 2012 Bryan National Collegiate in Greensboro, N.C.

Successful Opening Day at Florida Relays

The Tulane track and field program got off to a good start at the Pepsi Florida Relays on Friday (April 6) on the Percy Beard Track inside of James G. Pressly Stadium. Ana Ruzevic claimed her third straight javelin title on the opening day of competition, while four other Green Wave women’s competitors took to the track.

Tulane senior Samantha Troyanovich fired a 1-under 71 and sits just one stroke off the lead but the 33rd-ranked Green Wave got off to a slow start with an 18-over 306 total and sits in a three-way tie for 11th place following the opening round of the 2012 Bryan National Collegiate in Greensboro, N.C.
